Art & Flow Time 2.0

Plant your garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.

2023 / Art for Healing

We have specially invited professionals from various fields, including designers, psychological counselors, social workers, and more, to collaborate on a series of art therapy workshops. The aim is to deconstruct and redesign the format of healing courses.

Utilizing unconventional media and incorporating guided dialogues by counselors, we have crafted a weekly group course. The design intends to provide participants with a fresh healing experience, sparking creativity and new self-discoveries. Through the empowerment of art, the course aims to enhance self-care abilities. We hope that through collaborative efforts across different professions, the program will bring about a more enriching healing experience for the individuals involved.

It draws deep inspiration from the concept of flow theory, aiming to provide a safe space for individuals who have experienced trauma to engage in a healing experience that encourages focused attention on the present moment.

Guided by the principles of flow, the program encourages participants to immerse themselves in the artistic process, helping them find a sense of fulfillment and joy in self-expression. It serves as a therapeutic platform, fostering the capacity for self-repair. Through this flow-based healing experience, we anticipate inspiring participants with new ideas and facilitating emotional transformation.
